The Online Classified Real Estate listing is quite detailed and can display up to ten photos of the home.
We have also developed a "Real Estate Listing" input worksheet that can be used to capture the data needed for the Online Classified ad listing. This helps to insure that you haven't forgotten any home feature that you want to show to perspective buyers.
You can print this worksheet and/or photocopy it as needed, to have it handy to compile all the necessary information for adding a new listing to the real estate database.
The perspective buyer can scroll down the page and view all the details and features regarding the home.
A "Map" link has also been provided to display directions to the home listed along with a popup loan calculator to compute estimated mortgage payments.
